High-quality, expensive coffee doesn’t always mean that the producers are fairly compensated. For us in the Nordics, coffee is grown far from home. If sustainability were our only concern, drinking water would be the better option. But will people stop drinking coffee? Unlikely. So, if we’re going to continue enjoying it, let’s do everything we can to make it as sustainable as possible.

We need to ask important questions:
How is the coffee grown? Is deforestation involved in cultivating it? What pesticides are being used? The answers to these questions can help shape the future of coffee and ensure that it is produced responsibly.
